Product Specification
The seat design is simple and aesthetically pleasing.
Center distance: 540±10mm, seat depth: 650±10mm (780±10mm on the writing tablet side), seat height: 870±10mm, minimum row spacing: 800mm.
The writing tablet is made of ABS injection molding (300±2mm × 261±2mm × 15mm), with an integrated die-cast aluminum head and damping rotation. The bracket is polished and sprayed.
The fabric is high-end knitted cloth, anti-static, mothproof, wrinkle-resistant, and anti-pilling. The foam is high-resilience polyurethane, with the seat cushion (445×425×80mm, density 50-55kg/m³) and back cushion (560×510×70mm, density 45-50kg/m³) both featuring antibacterial properties.
The steel is of high quality, welded by robots. The armrest bracket undergoes phosphating and electrostatic spraying processes, with a salt spray resistance of 72 hours. The armrest is made of imported solid oak wood (432×80×27mm).
The inner panels of the seat and back are made of 15mm high-quality curved board, while the outer shells are PP injection molded (seat shell: 494×430×124mm, ≥1.6kg; back shell: 729×523×135mm, ≥1.5kg), ensuring sturdiness and noiseless operation. The seat return mechanism uses double torsion springs and rubber pads for quiet and precise operation.
The stand is made of 1.8mm cold-rolled steel, stamped and sprayed, with fireproof board veneers on both sides. The armrest cover is PP injection molded, fixed with hidden pressure-burst screws and dust covers.
A complete chair sample, along with a back shell (≥1.5kg), seat shell (≥1.6kg), and stand sample, must be provided. Failure to meet the requirements will result in no points.
