This seat is designed based on ergonomics and morphological aesthetics, with the curvature of the backrest and seat cushion conforming to the human body's natural curves. Its appearance draws inspiration from the gill patterns of humpback whales, creating a simple and elegant look. The seat height and depth are reasonable, providing a comfortable sitting experience, and the seat cushion features an automatic return function.
The center distance between seats is 580±5 mm, the seat depth on the seat side is 760±5 mm, and the depth on the writing tablet side is 855±5 mm. The chair height is 1015±5 mm, with a minimum row spacing of 900 mm. The built-in writing tablet uses a 16 mm solid round steel bracket, with a panel made of high-density MDF covered with melamine board and PVC edge banding. Its dimensions are 250±2 mm × 240±2 mm × 15 mm, with a tilt angle of 6.5°, and it operates quietly without rebound when retracted or extended.
The fabric is made of high-end knitted cloth, treated for anti-static and mothproof properties, ensuring durability and resistance to wrinkling. The seat cushion foam (480 × 460 × 120 mm) has a density of 50–55 kg/m³, while the backrest foam (730 × 470 × 150 mm) has a density of 45–50 kg/m³. Both are made of high-resilience polyurethane cold-cured foam with antibacterial properties.
The steel used is of high quality and welded by robots. The armrest brackets undergo degreasing, phosphating, and electrostatic epoxy resin spraying for corrosion resistance. The armrests are made of imported solid oak wood, measuring 432 × 80 × 27 mm, and are resistant to deformation and cracking.
The inner panels of the seat and backrest are formed by bending 15 mm high-quality plywood, while the outer shell is made of PP material through one-piece injection molding, ensuring durability and strength. The base stand is made of 1.8 mm cold-rolled steel through stamping and welding, with an electrostatic spray coating. Both sides are equipped with linen fabric side panels for impact protection. The seat is secured with hidden explosive screws and includes plastic dust covers for an aesthetically pleasing and easy-to-clean finish.
The seat cushion uses a dual torsion spring return system, ensuring precise positioning. Rubber pads are added to reduce impact noise, allowing for smooth and silent return.
