The seat is designed based on ergonomics and aesthetics, with the curvature of the backrest and seat cushion conforming to the human body's natural curves. The seat height and depth are reasonably designed to ensure comfortable sitting, and the seat cushion features an automatic rebound function. The overall appearance is simple and elegant.
The seat center distance is 560±5mm, seat depth is 460±5mm, and the side depth after unfolding the writing tablet is 876±5mm. The chair height is 1050±5mm, with a minimum row spacing of 900mm. The backrest height does not exceed 1050mm, increasing the sound reflection surface. Optional acoustic holes can be set under the seat to ensure stable sound absorption at different occupancy rates.
The fabric is made of high-end knitted material, treated for anti-static and anti-moth properties, ensuring durability, wrinkle resistance, pilling resistance, and colorfastness. The foam is high-resilience molded foam, with seat foam density ranging from 40–55kg/m³ and back foam density from 35–45kg/m³, featuring antibacterial properties.
The frame is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel, robot-welded, and undergoes multiple surface treatments and electrostatic spraying for corrosion resistance and durability. The armrests are made of imported solid oak wood, resistant to deformation and cracking.
The seat cushion utilizes a two-stage damping buffer mechanism, allowing for a slow and quiet return within 3 seconds, and is equipped with anti-collision pads. The seat and backrest panels are molded from high-density multi-layer boards, ensuring no deformation. The seat frame incorporates a built-in serpentine spring for enhanced stability and durability.
The aluminum alloy armrest is integrally die-cast and includes a concealed writing tablet, which opens and closes smoothly without collision. The aluminum alloy stand is also integrally formed, with hydraulic dampers on the front legs to effectively extend the seat cushion's service life.
Installation uses concealed explosive screws, accompanied by plastic dust covers for a neat and tidy appearance.
