**Seat and Back Cushion:** Made of polyurethane foam molded in one piece, designed according to ergonomic principles for a soft, comfortable feel with excellent resilience. The cushions do not deform even after prolonged use. Based on different parts of the seat, the seat cushion density is 60 kg/m³, and the back cushion density is 55 kg/m³.
**Seat and Back Shell:** Made of polypropylene virgin resin pellets molded in one piece, providing strong support, impact resistance, and durability. The inner lining of the seat and back is made of seven-layer hardwood plywood, formed by high-frequency and high-pressure processes, offering strong support, impact resistance, and anti-deformation properties.
**Upholstery Fabric:** Made of high-quality fabric with strong permeability, excellent sound absorption, wear resistance, colorfastness, and moderate softness. Easy to clean, colors and textures can be customized according to client requirements. Additional treatments are available upon request, such as 3M stain resistance, Teflon liquid and dust repellency, anti-static, anti-bacterial, anti-mildew, and flame-retardant properties. Flame retardancy meets standards including China's GB8410-94, GB17951-1998, and the UK's BS7176 and BS5852.
**Standing Legs:** Made of "Zhugang" brand products, surface treated with oil removal, rust removal, acid pickling, and phosphating, followed by electrostatic powder coating. The foot base is formed from cold-rolled steel plate via stamping, with a thickness of no less than 2.4 mm. The chair frame, seat support, and chair legs undergo anti-rust treatment, followed by 18-micron electrophoretic coating for anti-corrosion primer protection, and then 30-micron epoxy resin spraying. This ensures corrosion resistance for 400 hours in salt spray or 100 hours in salt bath tests without rusting. The paint film adhesion exceeds Grade 2, and qualified test certificates are provided.
**Armrests:** The armrest surface is made of molded wood with a cherry wood finish (color options available).
**Writing Tablet:** A flip-down writing tablet is attached to the back of the chair, making efficient use of space. Made of melamine board with color options available.
**Return Mechanism:** Utilizes an advanced gravity plus damping return mechanism, ensuring smooth and coordinated retraction with zero noise. It is designed for over 200,000 trouble-free cycles. Equipped with an imported damping device, it operates completely silently (<NR-20) and is rated for over 50,000 trouble-free cycles.
**Floor Anchor Screws:** All screws, metal components, and chair leg screws undergo standard anti-corrosion treatment. Metal parts such as chair legs are treated for rust and corrosion resistance.
**Number and Row Plates:** Optional luminous row and number plates are available (require no power supply, wiring, or maintenance).
