**Seat and Back Cushion:** High-density ultra-soft PU foam with high-efficiency flame-retardant elements and a spring steel frame structure, cold-cured and molded as one piece. It conforms to ergonomic principles, offering a soft, comfortable sitting feel, excellent resilience, and resistance to deformation even with prolonged use.
**Seat and Back Shell:** Made from high-quality, high-density hardwood seven-layer curved plywood, externally covered with imported beech veneer. The finish uses imported Taiwanese "Dabao" environmentally friendly paint, resulting in an overall elegant, durable, and deformation-resistant appearance. The internal seat frame is a three-in-one construction combining a steel frame, fabric, and foam.
**Fabric:** Soft linen-blend fabric, stitched and shaped. It features strong permeability, excellent sound absorption, wear resistance, colorfastness, moderate softness, and is easy to clean. Color and texture can be customized according to client requirements. Additional treatments are available as needed, such as 3M stain resistance, Teflon liquid and dust repellency, anti-static, anti-bacterial, anti-mildew, and flame-retardant properties. Flame-retardant performance meets Chinese standards GB8410-94 and GB17951-1998, as well as British standards BS7176 and BS5852.
**Hardware Components:** Utilizes "Zhugang" products. Surfaces undergo degreasing, derusting, acid washing, and phosphating, followed by electrostatic powder coating. Foot bases are cold-rolled steel pressed into shape with a thickness of no less than 2.5mm. Chair frames, seat supports, and chair legs receive anti-rust treatment, followed by an 18-micron electrophoretic coating as a corrosion-resistant primer, and then a 30-micron epoxy resin spray coating. This ensures resistance to salt spray for 400 hours or salt bath for 100 hours without rusting. Paint film adhesion exceeds Grade 2, with certified test reports available.
**Armrests:** Armrest surfaces are made of molded wood in a beech finish or PP plastic armrests.
**Writing Tablet:** Black PU or wooden writing tablet.
**Return Mechanism:** Spring plus damping automatic return mechanism ensures smooth and consistent return motion, operates with zero noise, and provides over 200,000 trouble-free cycles. Equipped with an imported damping device for completely silent operation (< NR-20) and over 50,000 trouble-free cycles.
**Floor Fixing Screws:** All screws, metal components, and chair leg screws undergo anti-corrosion treatment according to standards. Chair legs and other metal parts are treated for rust and corrosion resistance.
