**Seat and Back Cushion:** High-density ultra-soft PU foam with high-efficiency flame-retardant additives and a spring steel frame structure, cold-foamed in one piece. Designed according to ergonomic principles for a soft, comfortable feel, excellent resilience, and resistance to deformation even after prolonged use.
**Seat and Back Shell:** The plastic protective shell for the seat and back is made of ABS engineering plastic with a unique honeycomb-style hidden sound-absorbing vent design. The overall sound absorption rate is 0.5, enabling the entire venue to eliminate echoes within 0.1 seconds, ensuring good ventilation for the seats and effective noise control in the venue. The inner lining boards of the seat and back are made of five-layer hardwood plywood, formed by high-frequency, high-pressure processing, providing strong support, impact resistance, and anti-deformation properties.
**Upholstery Fabric:** High-grade specialized fabric is selected, featuring strong permeability, excellent sound absorption, wear resistance, colorfastness, moderate softness, and easy cleaning. Colors and textures can be customized according to client requirements. Additional treatments are available upon request, such as 3M stain resistance, Teflon liquid and dust repellency, anti-static, anti-bacterial, anti-mildew, and flame-retardant properties. Flame retardancy meets standards including China's GB8410-94, GB17951-1998, and the UK's BS7176 and BS5852.
**Metal Components:** "Zhugang" brand products are used. Surfaces undergo oil removal, rust removal, acid pickling, and phosphating, followed by electrostatic powder coating. The foot base is formed from cold-rolled steel plate via stamping, with a thickness of no less than 2.4 mm. The chair frame, seat support, and chair legs are treated for rust prevention, followed by an 18-micron electrophoretic coating as an anti-corrosion primer. An additional 30-micron epoxy resin spray coating is applied, ensuring corrosion resistance for over 400 hours in salt spray tests or 100 hours in salt bath tests without rusting. The paint film adhesion exceeds Grade 2, with qualified test certificates provided.
**Armrests:** Made from imported solid wood, finished with polyester paint.
**Return Mechanism:** A spring automatic return mechanism ensures smooth and coordinated retraction, operates with zero noise, and is rated for over 200,000 trouble-free cycles. Equipped with an imported damping device for completely silent operation (<NR-20) and rated for over 50,000 trouble-free cycles.
**Floor Anchor Screws:** All screws, metal parts, and chair leg screws are treated for corrosion resistance according to standards. Metal components such as chair legs undergo anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatment.
**Number and Row Plates:** Optional luminous row and number plates are available (require no power supply, wiring, or maintenance).
**Cup Holder, Book Net, etc.:** Optional accessories.
