Seat Cushion and Back Cushion: The seat and back cushions are made of polyurethane foam molded in a single process, designed according to ergonomic principles for softness, comfort, and excellent resilience. The foam density is no less than 45 kg/m³ for the back cushion and no less than 45 kg/m³ for the seat cushion, ensuring no deformation even after prolonged use.
Seat and Back Shell: The seat and back shells are made of polypropylene (PP) virgin plastic pellets, injection-molded in a single process with a thickness of no less than 4 mm.
Upholstery: Fabric sourced from Taiwan's Yida Company, treated with fire-retardant and flame-resistant processing to meet China's Class B fire resistance requirements.
Foot Stand: All metal components are sourced from "Zhugang" products. Surfaces undergo oil removal, rust removal, acid cleaning, and phosphating, followed by electrostatic powder coating. The foot base is formed from cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of no less than 2.4 mm.
Armrest Cover: The armrest surface writing board is made of imported beech wood.
Writing Board: Features a concealed foldable writing board made of wood, which can be stored inside the armrest foot to optimize space usage.
Return Mechanism: The seat utilizes an advanced gravity and damping return mechanism, ensuring smooth and consistent return motion with zero noise and no malfunctions.
Floor Anchor Screws: All screws, metal parts, and chair foot screws undergo standard anti-corrosion treatment. Metal components such as chair feet are treated for rust and corrosion resistance.
Number and Row Plates: Optional luminous row number plates and seat number plates (require no power supply, wiring, or maintenance).
Cup Holder, Book Net, etc.: Optional accessories include cup holders and book nets.
