Product Specification
1. Backrest and Seat Cushion:** The backrest and seat cushions are made of polyurethane foam formed in a single process, conforming to ergonomic principles for softness, comfort, and excellent resilience. The backrest cushion has a density of no less than 55 kg/m³, and the seat cushion has a density of no less than 60 kg/m³, ensuring they do not deform even after prolonged use.
2. Seat and Backrest Shell:** The plastic protective shell of the seat is made of high-quality PP material, injection-molded as a single piece with unique sound-absorbing vent holes. It provides an overall sound absorption rate of 0.5, capable of eliminating echoes in the venue within 0.1 seconds.
3. Upholstery:** Fabric sourced from Taiwan's Yida Company, treated with fire-retardant and flame-resistant processing to meet China's Class B fire resistance requirements.
4. Armrest Frame and Leg Stand:** All metal components are sourced from "Zhugang" products. Surfaces undergo oil removal, rust removal, acid cleaning, and phosphating, followed by electrostatic powder coating. The foot base is formed from cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of no less than 2.4 mm.
5. Armrest Cover:** The armrest surface is made of molded wood finished in cherry wood color (other colors available as options).
6. Return Mechanism:** The seat return mechanism utilizes a spring-based system, ensuring zero noise and trouble-free operation.
7. Floor Expansion Screws:** Hidden pressure-type stainless steel floor expansion screws are used for ground fixation (providing strong connection, aesthetic appeal, and rust resistance).
8. Number and Row Plates:** Optional luminous row number plates and seat number plates (require no power supply, wiring, or maintenance).
