Product Specification
**Seat and Back Cushion:** Molded in one piece from polyurethane foam, designed according to ergonomic principles. It offers a soft, comfortable feel with excellent resilience and will not deform even after prolonged use. The foam density varies by seat area: seat cushion density is 60 kg/m³, and back cushion density is 55 kg/m³.
**Seat and Back Shell:** The plastic protective shell of the seat is made from high-quality PP (polypropylene) and is injection-molded as a single piece. It features unique sound-absorbing vents, providing an overall sound absorption rate of 0.5, enabling the venue to eliminate echoes within 0.1 seconds.
**Upholstery Fabric:** The fabric is imported linen velvet, known for its colorfastness for up to five years and strong flame-retardant properties.
**Hardware:** Utilizes "Zhugang" brand products. Surfaces undergo oil removal, rust removal, acid pickling, and phosphating, followed by electrostatic powder coating. The foot base is formed from cold-rolled steel plate via stamping, with a thickness not less than 2.5mm. The chair frame, seat support, and chair legs undergo anti-rust treatment, followed by an 18-micron electrophoretic coating as a protective anti-corrosion primer. This is then coated with a 30-micron epoxy resin spray. This ensures the finish passes a 400-hour salt spray test or a 100-hour salt bath corrosion resistance test without rusting. Paint film adhesion exceeds Grade 2, and qualified test certificates are obtained.
**Armrests:** The armrest surface is made of high-grade solid black walnut wood.
**Writing Tablet:** Features a built-in foldable writing tablet with a wooden writing surface. It can be stored inside the armrest base, making efficient use of space.
**Return Mechanism:** The seat incorporates an automatic return device (dual-spring return) with a return speed of 1-2 seconds, operating silently.
**Floor Fixing Bolts:** All screws, metal components, and chair leg screws undergo standard anti-corrosion treatment. Chair legs and other metal parts receive anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatment.
**Number and Row Plates:** Optional luminous row and number plates are available (require no power supply, wiring, or maintenance).
**Cup Holder, Book Net, etc.:** Optional accessories.
