**Seat and Back Cushion:** Molded in one piece from high-density ultra-soft PU foam with added high-efficiency flame-retardant elements and a spring steel frame structure, using cold foaming technology. Designed according to ergonomic principles, it offers a soft, comfortable feel with excellent resilience and will not deform even after prolonged use.
**Seat and Back Shell:** Made from high-quality, high-density hardwood seven-ply bentwood board, externally covered with imported beech veneer. The finish uses imported "Taiwan Dabo" environmentally friendly paint, resulting in an overall aesthetic that is both beautiful and resistant to deformation. The internal seat frame is a composite of steel frame, velvet fabric, and foam. Features unique honeycomb-style sound-absorbing vents, providing an overall sound absorption rate of 0.5, ensuring the entire venue can eliminate echoes within 0.1 seconds and guaranteeing good ventilation for the seats and a noise-free environment for the whole auditorium.
**Upholstery Fabric:** Soft linen velvet fabric, sewn and shaped, with strong permeability, excellent sound absorption, wear resistance, colorfastness, moderate softness, and easy cleaning. Color and texture can be customized according to client needs. Additionally, it can be treated as required for 3M stain resistance; Teflon liquid and dust repellence; anti-static, anti-bacterial, anti-mildew, and flame-retardant properties. Flame-retardant performance can meet standards such as China's GB8410-94, GB17951-1998, and the UK's BS7176, BS5852.
**Hardware:** Utilizes "Zhugang" brand products. Surfaces undergo oil removal, rust removal, acid pickling, and phosphating, followed by electrostatic powder coating. The foot base is formed from cold-rolled steel plate via stamping, with a thickness not less than 2.5mm. The chair frame, seat support, and chair legs undergo anti-rust treatment, followed by an 18-micron electrophoretic coating as a protective anti-corrosion primer. This is then coated with a 30-micron epoxy resin spray. This ensures the finish passes a 400-hour salt spray test or a 100-hour salt bath corrosion resistance test without rusting. Paint film adhesion exceeds Grade 2, and qualified test certificates are obtained.
**Armrests:** The armrest surface is made of imported beech wood, finished with "Taiwan Dabo" environmentally friendly paint.
**Writing Tablet:** Features a built-in foldable writing tablet with a wooden writing surface. It can be stored inside the armrest base, making efficient use of space. Cup holders can be added.
**Return Mechanism:** Uses the company's patented torque rebound mechanism to control seat cushion return. It offers fast return speed, zero faults, no noise, and can be used over 200,000 times. Equipped with an imported damping device, operation is completely silent (
