Product Specification
**Seat and Back Cushion:** The seat and back cushion are molded in one piece from polyurethane foam, designed according to ergonomic principles for softness, comfort, and excellent resilience. The back cushion has a density of no less than 50 kg/m³, and the seat cushion has a density of no less than 50 kg/m³, ensuring no deformation even after prolonged use.
**Seat and Back Shell:** The plastic protective shell of the seat is made from high-quality PP material, injection-molded in one piece with unique sound-absorbing vents. The overall sound absorption rate is 0.5, enabling the venue to eliminate echoes within 0.1 seconds.
**Upholstery Fabric:** Fabric from Taiwan's Yida Company is used, treated for flame retardancy to meet China's Class B flame-retardant standards.
**Armrest Frame and Legs:** "Zhugang" brand products are used. Surfaces undergo oil removal, rust removal, acid pickling, and phosphating, followed by electrostatic powder coating. The foot base is formed from cold-rolled steel plate via stamping, with a thickness of no less than 2.4 mm. The chair frame, seat support, and chair legs are treated for rust prevention. This model features movable legs with pull rods for enhanced stability.
**Armrest Cover:** The armrest surface is made of solid wood with beech veneer.
**Return Mechanism:** A spring return mechanism ensures the seat automatically retracts without noise.
**Number and Row Plates:** Optional luminous row and number plates are available (require no power supply, wiring, or maintenance).
**Cup Holder, Book Net, etc.:** Optional accessories.
