**Back and Seat Cushion:** The back and seat cushions are made of polyurethane foam molded in one piece, designed according to ergonomic principles for a soft, comfortable feel with excellent resilience. The back cushion has a density of no less than 55 kg/m³, and the seat cushion has a density of no less than 60 kg/m³, ensuring they do not deform even after prolonged use.
**Seat and Back Shell:** The seat and back shells are injection-molded in one piece from polypropylene virgin resin pellets, with a thickness of no less than 4 mm.
**Upholstery Fabric:** Imported linen velvet fabric is selected, featuring strong permeability and excellent sound absorption. Colors and textures can be customized according to client requirements. Additional treatments are available upon request, such as 3M stain resistance, Teflon liquid and dust repellency, anti-static, anti-bacterial, anti-mildew, and flame-retardant properties. Flame retardancy meets standards including China's GB8410-94, GB17951-1998, and the UK's BS7176 and BS5852.
**Armrest Frame and Legs:** All metal components are "Zhugang" brand products. Surfaces undergo oil removal, rust removal, acid pickling, and phosphating, followed by electrostatic powder coating. The foot base is formed from cold-rolled steel plate via stamping, with a thickness of no less than 3.0 mm.
**Return Mechanism:** The seat return mechanism utilizes an advanced gravity plus damping system, ensuring smooth and coordinated retraction with zero noise and trouble-free operation.
**Armrests:** The armrest surface is made of imported beech wood, finished with Taiwan "Dabao" brand environmentally friendly paint.
**Floor Anchor Screws:** Hidden pressure-type stainless steel floor anchor screws are used for ground fixation (providing strong, secure connections with an aesthetic and rust-resistant finish).
**Number and Row Plates:** Optional luminous row and number plates are available (require no power supply, wiring, or maintenance).
