Seat and Back Cushion: High-density ultra-soft PU with high-efficiency flame-retardant elements and a spring steel frame structure, cold-foam molded as one piece, conforms to ergonomic principles. Offers a soft, comfortable seating feel with excellent resilience, and maintains its shape even after prolonged use without deformation.
Seat and Back Shell: Made from high-quality, high-density hardwood seven-layer bentwood board, covered with imported beech veneer. The surface is finished with imported Taiwanese "Dabao" eco-friendly paint, presenting an elegant and durable appearance with strong resistance to deformation. The internal seat frame integrates steel structure, velvet fabric, and foam. Features unique honeycomb-style sound-absorbing vents, achieving an overall sound absorption rate of 0.5 and eliminating echoes across the entire venue within 0.1 seconds, ensuring good breathability of the seats and a noise-free environment in the venue.
Fabric: Soft linen-velvet fabric, stitched and shaped, with strong permeability and excellent sound absorption. It is wear-resistant, colorfast, moderately soft, and easy to clean. Colors and textures can be customized according to client needs. Additionally, treatments such as 3M stain resistance, Teflon liquid and dust repellency, anti-static, antibacterial, anti-mildew, and flame retardancy can be applied as required. Flame retardant performance meets standards including China's GB8410-94, GB17951-1998, and the UK's BS7176, BS5852.
Hardware: Uses "Zhugang" brand products, surface-treated with degreasing, derusting, acid pickling, and phosphating, followed by electrostatic powder coating. Foot bases are formed from cold-rolled steel plates with a thickness not less than 2.5mm. Chair frame, seat support, and chair legs undergo anti-rust treatment, followed by 18-micron electrophoretic coating as a corrosion-resistant primer. Then, a 30-micron epoxy resin spray coating is applied, ensuring no rust in salt spray tests for 400 hours or salt bath tests for 100 hours. Paint film adhesion exceeds grade 2, with certified test reports.
Armrest: Armrest surface made from imported beech wood, finished with Taiwanese "Dabao" eco-friendly paint.
Writing Tablet: Built-in foldable writing tablet with a wooden board, storable within the armrest base, making efficient use of space.
Return Mechanism: Spring plus damping automatic return mechanism ensures smooth and consistent return motion, zero noise, and over 200,000 trouble-free cycles. Equipped with an imported damping device, completely silent (<NR-20), with over 50,000 trouble-free cycles.
Floor-Fixing Screws: All screws, metal components, and chair leg screws undergo anti-corrosion treatment according to standards. Chair legs and other metal parts receive anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatment.
