Seat and Back Cushion: The foam used is manufactured according to ergonomic principles of sitting posture, featuring high elasticity, comfort, and durability. The seat foam density is greater than 60 kg/m³, and the back foam density is greater than 55 kg/m³.
Seat and Back Shell: Made from high-quality, high-density hardwood plywood, offering an elegant appearance, strong load-bearing capacity, impact resistance, and anti-deformation properties.
Upholstery Fabric: Imported linen velvet fabric is used, characterized by strong permeability, excellent sound absorption, wear resistance, colorfastness, moderate softness, and easy cleaning. Color and texture can be determined according to customer requirements. Additionally, it can be treated to meet specific needs such as 3M soil resistance; Teflon liquid and dust repellency; anti-static, anti-bacterial, anti-mildew, and fire retardancy. The flame retardant performance can meet the requirements of Chinese standards GB8410-94, GB17951-1998, and British standards BS7176, BS5852, among others.
Base/Legs: Independently supported design, aesthetically pleasing. Constructed from steel with a thickness not less than 3.0mm, and equipped with air outlets that can function as air conditioning vents, significantly enhancing user comfort. The chair legs undergo surface rust-proof treatment, followed by an 18-micron electrophoretic coating as a corrosion-resistant primer. Then, a 30-micron epoxy resin spray coating is applied, ensuring no rust occurs in salt spray tests of 400 hours or salt bath tests of 100 hours. The paint film adhesion exceeds Grade 2, and qualified test certificates are obtained.
Armrests: The armrest surface is made of beech or solid wood.
