Seat & Back Cushion: High-density ultra-soft PU foam integrated with high-efficiency flame-retardant elements and a spring steel frame structure, formed via cold-foam integral molding. It conforms to ergonomic principles, offering a soft, comfortable sitting feel with excellent resilience. It maintains its shape without deformation even after prolonged use.
Seat & Back Shell: Constructed from high-quality, high-density 7-ply curved hardwood board, overlaid with imported beech veneer. The surface is finished with environmentally friendly paint from Taiwan's "Dibond" brand. The overall appearance is elegant and aesthetically pleasing with strong resistance to deformation. The internal seat frame integrates a steel structure, plush fabric, and foam. Features unique honeycomb-style sound-absorbing vents, achieving an overall sound absorption rate of 0.5. The entire hall's echoes can be eliminated within 0.1 seconds, ensuring excellent seat breathability and a noise-free conference environment.
Upholstery Fabric: Soft linen-blend velour fabric, sewn into shape. It exhibits strong permeability, effective sound absorption, abrasion resistance, colorfastness, moderate softness, and easy cleaning. Color and texture can be customized per client requirements. Additional treatments available upon request include: 3M soil resistance; Teflon liquid and dust repellency; anti-static, anti-bacterial, anti-mildew, and fire retardancy. Flame retardant performance meets standards such as China's GB8410-94, GB17951-1998, and the UK's BS7176, BS5852.
Hardware Components: Utilizes "Zhugang" brand products. Surfaces undergo oil removal, rust removal, acid pickling, and phosphating before electrostatic powder coating. Foot bases are cold-rolled steel plate stampings with a thickness not less than 2.5mm. Chair frame, seat supports, and chair legs receive anti-rust treatment, followed by an 18-micron electrophoretic coating as a corrosion-resistant primer. A 30-micron epoxy resin spray coating is then applied, ensuring resistance to 400 hours of salt spray or 100 hours of salt bath corrosion testing without rust. Paint film adhesion exceeds Grade 2, with qualified test certificates provided.
Armrests: Armrest surfaces are made of imported beech wood, finished with Taiwan "Dibond" brand environmentally friendly paint.
Writing Tablet: Features a built-in, foldable writing tablet with a wooden writing surface. It can be stored inside the armrest leg, making efficient use of space.
Return Mechanism: Equipped with a spring and damping automatic return mechanism, ensuring smooth and consistent return motion with zero noise. Rated for over 200,000 trouble-free cycles. Includes an imported damping device, operating completely silently (<NR-20), and rated for over 50,000 trouble-free cycles.
Floor Fixing Bolts: All screws, metal components, and chair leg bolts undergo standard anti-corrosion treatment. Chair legs and other metal parts receive anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatment.
