Seat and Back Cushion: Made of high-density ultra-soft PU with high-efficiency flame-retardant additives and a spring steel frame structure, cold-foam molded in one piece. It conforms to ergonomic principles, offering a soft, comfortable feel with excellent resilience. It retains its shape even after prolonged use.
Seat and Back Shell: Constructed from high-quality, high-density hardwood seven-layer bent wood board, veneered with imported beech wood. The surface is finished with imported Taiwanese "Dabao" environmentally friendly paint, resulting in an overall elegant, stylish, and deformation-resistant appearance. The internal seat frame is a tri-composite of steel frame, flannel, and sponge.
Upholstery Fabric: Soft linen-velvet fabric, sewn into shape. It features strong permeability, excellent sound absorption, wear resistance, color-fastness, and moderate softness. It is easy to clean. Color and texture can be customized according to client requirements. Additionally, it can be treated to meet specific needs such as 3M soil resistance, Teflon liquid/stain and dust repellency, anti-static, anti-bacterial, anti-mildew, and fire retardancy. Flame retardancy can meet standards including China's GB8410-94, GB17951-1998, and the UK's BS7176, BS5852.
Hardware: Utilizes "Zhugang" brand products. Surfaces undergo degreasing, derusting, acid pickling, and phosphating before electrostatic powder coating. The foot base is formed from cold-rolled steel plate via stamping, with a thickness not less than 2.5mm. The chair frame, seat support, and chair legs undergo anti-rust treatment, followed by an 18-micron electrophoretic coating as a corrosion-resistant primer. This is then coated with a 30-micron epoxy resin spray, ensuring it passes corrosion tests including a 400-hour salt spray test or 100-hour salt bath test without rusting. The paint film adhesion exceeds Grade 2, with certified test reports provided.
Armrests: Armrest surfaces are made of imported beech wood, finished with Taiwanese "Dabao" environmentally friendly paint.
Writing Tablet: Features a concealed foldable writing tablet made of wood, which can be stored inside the armrest base, making efficient use of space.
Return Mechanism: Equipped with a spring plus damping automatic return mechanism, ensuring smooth and consistent retraction with zero noise. It guarantees trouble-free operation for over 200,000 cycles. An additional imported damping device ensures completely silent operation (< NR-20) with trouble-free use for over 50,000 cycles.
Floor Fixing Screws: All screws, metal components, and chair leg screws undergo standard anti-corrosion treatment. Metal parts such as chair legs receive anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatment.
