Seat and Back Cushion: Made of polyurethane integrally foamed in one step, conforming to ergonomic principles. Offers a soft, comfortable seating feel with excellent resilience, and will not deform even after prolonged use. Depending on the seat part, the seat cushion density is 60 kg/m³, and the back cushion density is 55 kg/m³.
Seat and Back Shell: Made of polypropylene virgin plastic pellets integrally injection molded in one step. Features strong load-bearing capacity, impact resistance, and deformation resistance, with a thickness not less than 4mm. The internal seat board is supported by a steel frame, providing strong load-bearing capacity, impact resistance, and deformation resistance.
Fabric: Selected high-grade fabric with strong permeability, effective sound absorption, wear resistance, colorfastness, moderate softness, and easy cleaning. Color and texture can be determined according to customer requirements. It can also be treated as needed to meet requirements such as 3M stain resistance; Teflon liquid repellency and dust resistance; anti-static, anti-bacterial, anti-mildew, and flame retardancy. Flame retardant performance can meet the requirements of Chinese standards GB8410-94, GB17951-1998, and British standards BS7176, BS5852.
Standing Foot (Base): Selected "Zhugang" products. Surface treatment includes degreasing, derusting, acid pickling, phosphating, followed by electrostatic powder coating. The foot base is formed by cold-rolled steel plate stamping, with a thickness not less than 2.4mm. The chair frame, seat support, and chair feet undergo anti-rust treatment, followed by 18-micron electrophoretic coating as an anti-corrosion primer protection. Then, a 30-micron epoxy resin spray coating is applied, ensuring no rust in salt spray tests for 400 hours or salt bath tests for 100 hours. Paint film adhesion exceeds Grade 2, and qualified test certificates are obtained.
Armrest Surface: Uses imported beech wood, finished with Taiwanese "Dabao" environmentally friendly paint.
Writing Tablet: Concealed foldable writing tablet made of solid wood, which can be stored inside the armrest foot, making rational use of space.
Return Mechanism: Utilizes an advanced gravity plus damping return mechanism, ensuring consistent and coordinated return stroke, zero noise, and over 200,000 trouble-free cycles. With added imported damping device, completely silent (<NR-20), and over 50,000 trouble-free cycles.
Floor Fixing Screws: All screws, metal parts, and chair foot screws will undergo anti-corrosion treatment according to standards. Metal components such as chair feet will also receive anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatment.
