Seat & Back Cushion: Made of polyurethane through one-time foam molding, it conforms to ergonomic principles, offering a soft, comfortable, and resilient seating feel. It maintains its shape even after prolonged use. According to different parts of the seat, the cushion density is 60Kg/m³, and the backrest cushion density is 55Kg/m³.
Seat & Back Shell: Made of polypropylene virgin plastic pellets through one-time injection molding, it provides strong support, impact resistance, and deformation resistance, with a thickness of no less than 4mm. The seat board interior is reinforced with a steel frame for enhanced support, impact resistance, and anti-deformation.
Fabric: High-quality fabric is selected, featuring strong permeability, excellent sound absorption, wear resistance, colorfastness, moderate softness, and easy cleaning. Color and texture can be determined according to customer requirements. Based on needs, it can also be treated to meet requirements such as 3M soil resistance; Teflon liquid repellency and dust resistance; anti-static, antibacterial, anti-mildew, and flame retardancy. The flame retardant effect can meet the requirements of Chinese standards GB8410-94, GB17951-1998, and British standards BS7176, BS5852.
Base/Legs: Selected "Pearl Steel" product. The surface undergoes degreasing, derusting, acid pickling, and phosphating before electrostatic powder coating. The foot base is formed by stamping cold-rolled steel plates with a thickness of no less than 2.4mm. The chair frame, seat support, and chair legs undergo anti-rust treatment, followed by an 18-micron electrophoretic coating as an anti-corrosion primer. Then, a 30-micron epoxy resin spray is applied, ensuring the coating passes salt spray tests for 400 hours or salt bath tests for 100 hours without rusting. The coating adhesion exceeds Level 2, and qualified test certificates are obtained.
Armrests: The armrests are equipped with cup holders and can be rotated up and down for comfort and convenience.
Return Mechanism: An advanced gravity plus damping return mechanism is adopted, ensuring coordinated and consistent return motion with zero noise. It guarantees trouble-free operation for over 200,000 cycles. With the addition of an imported damping device, operation is completely silent (<NR-20) and trouble-free for over 50,000 cycles.
Floor Fixing Screws & Metal Parts: All screws, metal components, and chair leg screws undergo anti-corrosion treatment according to standards. Metal parts such as chair legs receive anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatment.
