Product Specification
Frame: Made of 016*2.0 high-quality steel tubing specifically for furniture. All components are laser-cut for smooth, burr-free edges. Welding is performed using CO₂ gas shielded welding and laser welding, ensuring tight seams without cracks. Weld points are free of burrs and defects, and are polished and smoothed to comply with GB/T3325-2017 "General Technical Conditions for Metal Furniture." The surface undergoes rust removal, acid washing, and phosphating, followed by electrostatic powder coating and constant-temperature baking for high-temperature curing. The result is an attractive, rust-free finish, free of odor and formaldehyde, with strong environmental benefits, corrosion resistance, and equipped with non-slip swivel glides at the base.
Seat Board: Crafted from solid wood.
Upholstery: Uses high-density foam (density ≥35) wrapped in wear-resistant faux leather or fabric.
