1. The seat is designed based on ergonomics and aesthetics, with the backrest and seat cushion curves conforming to the natural curvature of the human body, providing comfortable seating and a simple, elegant appearance.
★2. Center distance: 520mm, seat depth: 608mm, chair height: approximately 850mm.
★3. The chair shell is made of new PP + nylon material, with the seat shell weighing ≥1.2kg and the back shell weighing ≥0.4kg, ensuring durability, quiet operation, and trouble-free use.
★4. The back frame is integrally injection-molded from nylon PA with a matte surface; the central rubber strip is made of high-quality PP composite material, offering corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and high-temperature resistance.
★5. The seat frame is injection-molded from PP composite material, providing impact resistance and deformation resistance. It features an upper and lower plate snap-fit design, an elegant shape, and a matte surface.
★6. The armrest frame is integrally die-cast from ADC12 aluminum alloy, with a width ≥40mm. The surface is finished with electrostatic matte black or electrophoretic polishing, and both ends are equipped with ABS protective covers.
7. The base stand is made of stamped and welded carbon cold-rolled steel, featuring a fully enclosed cylindrical structure and fixed with ground expansion screws for stability and safety.
8. The steel components are robot-welded, with surfaces treated through degreasing, phosphating, and electrostatic spraying of epoxy resin for strong corrosion resistance.
9. The seat board uses a hydraulic gas spring slow-return mechanism, with rubber pads added at collision points for quiet, shock-free, and gentle lowering.
10. The writing board features a four-link riveted structure, with the panel made of environmentally friendly melamine embossed MDF and aluminum alloy edging.
11. The floor is fixed with expansion screws and equipped with plastic dust covers for aesthetics, dust prevention, and easy cleaning.
