Backrest: Made of imported PP + 30% glass fiber, ensuring stable structural load-bearing. It has undergone durability testing with a 109kg force applied to the seat and 34kg to the backrest, accumulating 120,000 cycles without any abnormalities, fully complying with BIFMA test standards. The back mesh utilizes high-elasticity premium mesh fabric, offering enhanced elasticity and toughness.
Seat: Features high-quality cotton-blend elastic fabric, with a one-piece injection-molded PP + 30% glass fiber inner seat plate.
Cushion: Made of high-quality, high-resilience molded foam with a hardness of 50 and density of 60. Upholstered with elastic, breathable fabric for comfortable seating.
Base Legs: Constructed from Q235 carbon steel pipe (Φ25*T2.0mm). Employing high-precision robotic arm automatic welding, followed by high-speed sandblasting for rust removal. The surface is finished with powder coating and baking paint, providing a metallic finish and strong stability. Impact and durability tested: with a 57kg load, dropped from 36mm above the seat cushion in a free-fall test for 100,000 cycles without any abnormalities, meeting BIFMA test requirements.
Castors: Φ50mm PU nylon silent castors in grey/white dual-color. Tested under a 122kg vertical load, rolling over 3 hard obstacles for 2,000 cycles and on a smooth, obstacle-free hard surface for 98,000 cycles without any abnormalities, conforming to BIFMA standards.
Function: Features seat cushion flipping and front-to-back stacking capabilities.
