Backrest: Made of new imported PP + 30% glass fiber, ensuring structurally stable load-bearing. It has undergone durability testing with a seat cushion force of 109kg and a back cushion force of 34kg, accumulating 120,000 cycles of testing without any abnormalities, complying with BIFMA testing standards. The back mesh is made of high-resilience premium mesh fabric, offering enhanced elasticity and toughness.

Seat: Utilizes high-quality cotton-blend elastic fabric, with a one-piece injection-molded PP + 30% glass fiber inner seat board.

Cushioning: High-quality, high-resilience molded foam with a hardness of 50 and density of 60, covered with breathable elastic fabric for comfortable seating.

Chair Legs: Made of Q235 carbon steel tube, dimensions Φ25*T2.0mm. High-precision robotic arm automatic welding is employed, followed by high-speed sandblasting for rust removal. The surface features a powder coating and baking finish, giving it a metallic texture and strong stability. It has passed impact and durability testing: bearing a 57kg weight, dropped from 36mm above the seat cushion in a free-fall test for 100,000 cycles without any abnormalities, meeting BIFMA testing requirements.
