Backrest: Made of new imported PP + 30% fiberglass, ensuring structurally stable stress-bearing capacity. The backrest passed a durability test where a 34kg force was applied to the back pad and a 109kg force to the seat pad for a cumulative 120,000 cycles with no abnormalities, meeting BIFMA testing standards. The back mesh is made of high-resilience premium mesh fabric, offering enhanced elasticity and toughness.

Seat: Features high-quality cotton-blend elastic fabric, with a seat inner panel made of PP + 30% fiberglass formed by integrated injection molding.

Cushion: Made of high-quality, high-resilience molded foam with a hardness of 50 and a density of 60. Upholstered with breathable, elastic seat fabric for a comfortable sitting experience.

Chair Legs: Constructed with Q235 carbon steel tubing (Φ25*T2.0mm). Utilizing high-precision robotic arm automatic welding, followed by high-speed sandblasting for rust removal. The surface is finished with powder coating and baking paint, providing a metallic look and strong stability. Passed an impact and durability test: a 57kg weight was dropped from a height of 36mm above the seat for 100,000 free-fall cycles with no abnormalities, meeting BIFMA testing requirements.
