Backrest: Made of imported PP + 30% glass fiber back panel and a one-piece PP + 30% glass fiber seat shell, providing stable structural support. The backrest withstands a thrust of 68 kg for 60 seconds without any abnormalities, meeting the BIFMA test standard.
Armrests: Withstand a vertical downward force of 76.6 kg for 60 seconds without any abnormalities; withstand a horizontal outward pulling force of 45.35 kg for 60 seconds without any abnormalities.
Base: Constructed with Q235 carbon steel pipes (Φ25 × T2.0 mm). Features high-precision robotic arm automatic welding, high-speed sandblasting for rust removal, and a powder-coated baking finish for a metallic texture and strong stability. Passed impact durability test with a 57 kg load, dropped from 36 mm above the seat cushion, and cycled 100,000 times without any abnormalities, meeting BIFMA test requirements.
Writing Tablet: Large folding storage writing tablet measuring 520 × 335 mm. The tablet surface rotates 360° to accommodate various writing postures and seating positions, and includes a cup holder.
Book Net: Large book net measuring 490 × 497 × 33 mm, convenient for placing backpacks and other items. Treated with high-speed sandblasting for rust removal and a powder-coated baking finish for a metallic texture and strong stability.
Casters: Φ50 mm PU nylon silent casters in gray and white dual colors. Withstand a vertical downward load of 122 kg, cycled 2,000 times over three hard obstacles and 98,000 times on a smooth, hard, obstacle-free surface without any abnormalities, meeting BIFMA standards.
