Backrest: The widened back frame is made of new imported PP with 30% GF, featuring a velvety-textured elastic mesh surface that combines comfort and breathability. Reinforced with DuPont fibers for enhanced weaving, it offers strong wrapping and elasticity, and the mesh back is resistant to sagging. Dual-color woven splicing adds decorative appeal. The upper edge of the backrest incorporates an elastic PP patented structure to provide flexible back support. The polished aluminum alloy connectors allow for an 18° ± 2° tilt adjustment to meet reclining needs.
Lumbar Support: Semi-transparent black PP ultra-resilient lumbar support, adjustable up and down by 40mm to meet varying lumbar support requirements.
Seat: Made of thickened breathable molded foam and wrapped in high-elasticity seat fabric, with no wooden board underneath for a comfortable sitting experience. The seat cushion is supported by an eco-friendly PP dust-proof bottom shell.
Armrests: PA + 25% fiberglass armrest surface, paired with finely polished aluminum alloy brackets that can be flexibly flipped upward.
Chair Frame: High-quality steel tubing with a diameter of Φ28mm and a thickness of 1.8mm, ensuring a sturdy structure. The surface is treated with high-temperature spray baking for durability, oxidation resistance, and an aesthetically pleasing finish.
Castors: Φ50mm PU-coated silent nylon wheels.
Writing Board: Made of high-quality ABS engineering plastic with a thickened surface, supported by a sturdy PA bottom shell for a dual-layer structure. It features a flip-up pen groove to meet functional needs. Paired with painted aluminum alloy armrests and finely polished aluminum alloy brackets, it enables armrest positioning. The aluminum alloy rotating mechanism allows the writing board to be folded and stored.
Features: Armrests and seat cushion can be flipped upward; chairs can be stacked front-to-back for space-saving storage. Tilt adjustment of 18° ± 2°, with lumbar support height adjustable by 40mm.
