①、Upholstery: Professional medical-grade leather is used, offering exceptional resistance to corrosion, UV disinfection, and aging; high wear resistance and durability;mold, antimicrobial,harmful microbe, and antiviral properties; 100% waterproof and impermeable capability; and medical-grade, stain-resistant, easy-to-clean performance.
②、Cushioning: High-quality foam padding with a density of 40KG/m³ is used. It provides medium firmness, maintains shape after prolonged sitting, and features a tensile strength ≥90kPa, elongation ≥130%, rebound rate ≥35%, tear strength ≥2.0N/cm, and tensile strength after dry heat aging ≥55kPa. Formaldehyde emission ≤0.120mg/m²·h, TVOC ≤0.5mg/m²·h. All inspected items comply with the required test standards.
③、Base Frame: 50mm x 50mm tapered stainless steel base frame, corrosion-resistant, sturdy, and durable.
