① Chair Body & Armrest Surface: PU molded self-skin finish, offering warmth and durability. Density: 60kg/m³; Tensile strength: ≥90kPa; Elongation: ≥130%; Resilience: ≥35%; Tear strength: ≥2.0N/cm; Tensile strength after dry heat aging: ≥55kPa; Formaldehyde emission: ≤0.120mg/m²·h; TVOC: ≤0.5mg/m²·h. All inspected items meet the testing standards.
② Armrest Frame: Made of high-strength cold-rolled steel pipe with a diameter of 25mm, finished with spray coating. Metal salt spray resistance: 18h. Rust spots ≤1.5mm: ≤20 spots/dm², with no more than 5 rust spots ≥1.0mm in diameter (excluding areas within 2mm of edges and corners). Testing standard reference: GB/T 3325-2017 "General Requirements for Metal Furniture."

④ Foot Pads: Made of PU material with an outer sleeve design, effectively protecting the cross-section of the steel pipe from corrosion and preventing scratches on flooring (e.g., vinyl floors).
